As our Sous chef you would work closely with our head chef to produce new menus and concepts for both restaurants, whilst also being comfortable running either kitchen with a small team. The correct candidate should 

  • Be fast thinking and adaptable 
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Be up to date on recent relevant Health and hygiene practices
  • Have a genuine passion and flair for all types of food
  • Experience with rota’s, ordering and all other admin practices
  • Be able to inspire and teach younger team members 

Experience in this role would be a big plus but we can offer training to the right candidate (strong cdp minimum) we are a small family run business and shouty chefs need not apply.
